Take breaks! It's important to remember that you may not feel the need for a break from your work, but your mind and body do. Remember to work these breaks into your day.
Sometimes productivity demands you say no to things that don't align with your goals and missions. It's never easy to say no, but you must focus on what you need to do and not what others want from you.
Determine what your distractions are and attempt to remove the temptation. It could be as simple as logging out of social media accounts or placing your phone out of reach.
